2. Market Sounding Seminar
- Information dissemination and open for comments/feedback on Thursday, November 6, 2025, between 08.30 am. and 12.00 pm., at the Ballroom, Lobby Floor, Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel

Objectives
- To provide investors with essential project information
- To evaluate private parties’ interest and build confidence among them in PPP participation
- To obtain ideas/comments from investors and stakeholders for preparation of the Draft Invitation to Bid, Draft RFP and Draft PPP Contract
- To disseminate information to the public and target groups, through various types of media, to rapidly and thoroughly create project awareness and understanding among them

Target Groups
- Public Sector, Associations and Organizations Concerned 
- Private Sector, Construction Contractors, System Houses, Toll Road Operator
- Financial Institutions 
- Thai Chamber of Commerce and Foreign Chamber of Commerce in Thailand

Expected Outcome
- Useful information received from the private sector for preparation of the Draft Invitation to Bid, Draft RFP and Draft PPP Contract
- Perception of the private parties’ levels of interest in Public-Private Partnership for O&M 
- Awareness of the project information among interested private parties so that they can be prepared for proposals submission
